The Smell of Temptations...

I've been forced to exhibit some extreme self control as a grocer. Every time I work in the bread department or in produce, I get bombarded with some amazing aromas!! I just want to rip open a package of bread and stuff my face with it! Or when I have to put out some fresh strawberries, I want to crack open the container and just cram strawberries into my mouth until I can't eat any more and just pass out from the euphoria!! Sounds crazy. I'm aware of this. But I have to be honest, the temptation to do that is strong. The smells are just incredible and I just...oh how I wish I could dump a whole container of beautiful, brightly coloured raspberries into my mouth!! But alas, I can't. I have to exhibit self control. I have to take a deep breath, take that loaf of bread or the fresh fruit or whatever it is, and put it on the shelf, nice and neatly, and just dream of a time when I finally get the chance to engorge myself on all that beautiful produce...
